My true passion in life is creativity. I work in a range of mediums but am currently fascinated by the art of pyrography. I burn images freehand onto wood with a soldering iron. I have spent the last few months developing my own style and am now enjoying a diverse range of commissions. These have included wedding portraits, children's portraits, business signage and birthday presents.
I specialise in portraits and really enjoy capturing the nuance of the individual on wood. However, I am open to most projects, so get in touch if you have something unique you want help with.
I work on two types of wood that afford distinctly different styles. In both I incorporate vibrant colour which lifts the work and gives it that final touch. The majority here feature Pine. The Wedding portrait with the yellow border is on Birch Ply.
